Advisor on Government relations

Graduate in political sciences at the Catholic University of Congo (UCC) currently engaged in a Masters Degree in International Diplomacy.
Noah is fluent in English, French, and two key Congolese languages Lingala and Tshiluba.

Since 2019 he has undertaken a range of management and advisory positions in the process gaining valuable experience in the Congolese private and public sector including team building and policy delivery initiatives In 2020 he assisted the DRC Presidency/Support Unit for the Integrated Emergency Community Development Program (Cellule d’Appui au Programme d’Urgence Intégré de Développement Communautaire) CAPUIDC. Noah gained a valuable understanding of the challenges facing young people across the 26 provinces of the DRC in the course of advising on projects for young Congolese aimed at creating value added/professional employment possibilities.

He worked in an advisory capacity at CAPUIDC to develop short and mid-term inward investment strategies, developing appropriate structures for innovative and transformative investments.
